Nature Resort

Unfortunately, I didn't meet anybody over there. I tried to call them after a long walk and bus rude because it is really not that easy to reach this resort. It is nicely located just close to Altun Ha, and in this area is a wonderful jungle. But until the evening with heavy rain 🌧 I didn't get the owners. Yhen they told me they cancelled it but I didn't have any message from them, only they have constructions in this particular cabana and if I would be okay with another one, but booking.com didn't let me out of the agreement. It is very isolated over there, and especially over holidays, nothing is open, no other resort, not even a restaurant or food shop. I was lucky their friendly neighbours let me sleep over their bc it was a sharp rain, no public bus, nothing over there, they talked to the owner and said, they would come tomorrow but they didn't, when I let the neighbours reach out for them again. Theanswered they can only come on 26.12.25, remember it was was Christmas, they offered me from 26.12.25 some more day and better pr8ce but 8 have Unfortunately a fixed schedule and could not go fo it. I feel very bad for their customers to be so unreliable and I wouldn't recommend to go their, there was not even a sorry or excuse and I had to fight for my money to get back for days and services I didn't get .nethertheless a Merry Christmas and a happy new year 🎉.

Located out and away from everything and was very quiet and calm. The place is clean and safe. Roy, the owner, took great care of us and organized some outstanding adventures for us. We had a great experience.

There was no area to just sit out, view the surrounds and relax other than the than porch in front of our cabin. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have an area where you could sit out, drink coffee and enjoy the jungle area.

Lovely rural property where you feel like you can soak in the real Belize.

The meals were great. Spend some time with the locals. All of them I met were really pleasant and willing to hang out. The trails and rivers are full of wildlife!

You are in the tropics. Bugs cannot be avoided.

Wonderful people and very beautiful grounds

This place was fantastic, we had a room in the jungle canopy and access to a platform above the canopy. The views and wildlife were amazing

Lots of mangoes. Friendly

Aircon stopped working. Wifi stopped working. Poor communication. Surprise charges. No working atm nearby like I was told. Issues not addressed. No change of sheets or towels.
