Nature Resort

The Night Crocodile Hike was an incredible experience. We saw numerous crocodiles along the way, as well as a variety of other aquatic wildlife. The scenery was beautiful, and the whole adventure was both exciting and memorable!

The location has potential, but the accommodation could use significant improvements. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a leaking and unstable toilet. Doors didn’t close properly, and several handles were broken. Gaps and holes in mosquito nets allowed insects inside, making nights uncomfortable. There was no meal choice at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and the food was quite basic. Wi-Fi was only available at the reception, and even there it often didn’t work or was very slow. With better maintenance and some upgrades, this place could offer a much more comfortable experience.

Lovely location with excellent cabanas, and brilliant wildlife, both birds and howler monkeys. We booked Althun Ha and The Canoe River trip with Roy. We highly recommend them, the guides were fantastic! If you want to get away from it all, this is the place!The only downside, we were there for 5 nights and the meals were very repetitive,particularly breakfast

The food was all Belizian and delicious. It was located next to the Bamboo sanctuary which made it convenient for hiking trails to see he Howler monkeys.
