Beautiful location. Clean, comfortable rooms with great facilities. The staff were fantastic.

Bathrobes were not provided - they should be.

Room was excellent, large clean and good value

the restaurant was not open in the evening and only the brasserie menu was available - it had very little choice and was clearly food that could be heated up by anyone..... it was not the fresh cooked food I had envisaged when I booked. The info on booking.com and your website did not suggest that the restaurant might be unavailable and that even if it was it would be a buffet style help yourself !!

Lovely location by the Thames

Sadly, there was no swimming pool I should have checked before booking. Resturant wasn't open so had to use the Bar fir food. It was ourFirst anniversary so really wanted a nice meal. But had yo settle for Bar food
