Amazing place !!!

Next to the river beautiful view

The room was clean and looked new. All the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. John who worked on reception is the star of the place. He went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be, he was also very knowledgeable about Greenlands and its history. The scenery and grounds are stunning and peaceful watching the birds and deers by the river.

The blind and windows are a bit tired in the room. The food in the dining room on Saturday night was awful and not worth the money. This is the only thing that let the place down.

The room was very good and I liked the free filtered water. Breakfast was excellent the bar /lounge area where I ate Sundat night was very spacious and quiet. In the morning I had a lovely walk in the grounds, beside the river. There is also a rock garden and a wildflower garden.

Weekday check out is 9am, which I think unusual for a hotel and unduly harsh!

The hotel is in beautiful surroundings and the grounds next to the river are lovely to wander around.All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Breakfast was served in a big dining room with views onto the river.The selection of food was very good and the staff working there were very professional but again very friendly.
