the restaurant was not open in the evening and only the brasserie menu was available - it had very little choice and was clearly food that could be heated up by anyone..... it was not the fresh cooked food I had envisaged when I booked. The info on booking.com and your website did not suggest that the restaurant might be unavailable and that even if it was it would be a buffet style help yourself !!

Lovely location by the Thames

Sadly, there was no swimming pool I should have checked before booking. Resturant wasn't open so had to use the Bar fir food. It was ourFirst anniversary so really wanted a nice meal. But had yo settle for Bar food

The gardens

It was very hot in the room , had no mini fridge or air conditioning, it had carpeting and the windows only opened a little, it felt very hot for such a warm climate, in winter the stay would surely be more pleasant but not for summer, the fans only move the air but do not cool it.

The Hotel was in a great location on the river and very good value compared to other Hotels locally especially given the setting .

The rooms were modern , functional clean rooms . The rest areas inside were comfortable and especially the outside if the weather is kind.
