Wlan was either not working at all or very poor. Should be fixed at once.

Perfect location for Etosha national park. Set in its own private game reserve so lots to see. The watering hole fabulous with lots of visiting Kudu and zebra. The best part was the food! Amazing! 5*! Our waiter Kumolo (not sure of the spelling - sorry) was very attentive and his service was impeccable. Definitely will be back.

The chef's ability to prepare hot, flavourful food was excellent. Our Etosha trip was a short six days, and the food was far above the average meals at Halali and Dolomite, especially compared to Dolomite being a like-for-like facility. We loved the camp's layout around the waterhole and the shaded respite from the day's heat. The staff, especially Moses, was attentive and on point regarding hospitality. He was gentle and accommodating and always made sure we were comfortable. (Unlike the lack of hospitality we received at the other two establishments). We avid birders love seeing and experiencing the different bird life at Onguma Forest Camp.

It was disappointing not to have at least one game drive experience included for the two-day stay. This opportunity may have shown us that there was a game in the reserve, as we had our doubts there would be much to see and justify the high cost of the experiences on offer. We essentially took the calculated risk that the game drives would not be worth it as we had seen so much wildlife, having been through Etosha the four days before arriving at Onguma.
