The family that was managing the place were the loveliest people and were very helpful. Always up for a friendly chat yet respectful of personal space.

Bali Cottage offers some incredible views. It’s really quiet and the owners are just super friendly and incredibly helpful. The place is so peaceful and special. The owner even provided a guide for me for the sunrise hike… and even drove me back to Sanur. They are making sure- that you feel very welcome there. I can highly recommend the place.

Staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. They helped us to organise our jeep sunrise tour, bike rental.

Facilities, washroom hand jet was leaking, no light near wash basin mirror and lots of insect on bed, pillow and curtains

Mountain view and short way to Mount Batur.

The stuff was nice but could not speak good english. No explanations were possible for food or trips. The rooms were not clean. The water was somehow filtered. This filtered water was also used for drinks and food making in their Restaurant. We got really sick there. We had also a rat in our room. Very discusting. The WiFi was always down. Not even simple surfing was possible. All around the property and the village were so many flies also on the way and the top of Mount Batur. A lot of trash lying around. There was a lot of noice in the morning from the Jeeps and tourists going to the Mount Batur. This was starting from 3 o clock in the morning. Would not recommend to stay a night here or longer. Rather book a tour to the Mountain and stay at the South or Middle of Bali. Less flies and more clean area.
