Sutton Lodge with Hot Tub

The space kitchen living area was very cosy

The pull out living room bed isn’t fit for purpose, I would advertise this as a 6 person accommodation not for 8 it’s not reasonable sleeping facilities for adults at all

It was in a great location, staff were friendly when able to talk to them.

Property was falsely advertised, stated two twin rooms and one double room, leaving guests who did not know each other for a surprise 50th birthday to share a bed. Sofa bed in living room was covered in stains and dirt. Inadequate cleaning, or not cleaned. Pots and cutlery covered in dust, left over food, and hair. Hot tub casing was broken causing potential hazard. Dog fee wrongly advertised and poor communication from staff after trying to contact multiple occasions. JJ’s bar sell stale cake, wasn’t able to swallow a bite off cake without a sip of coffee. Although self catering, we at least expected more than one toilet roll for a weekend of 6 guests.

It could have been cleaner, blood on the duvet cover on one of the single beds, some areas were not cleaned properly. Some areas needed DIY attention.

Spacious, clean and tidy! Staff were amazing, friendly and always willing to help. Perfect for group stays or couples/ families and dog friendly.

Signal wasn’t too great when not connected to WiFi but everything else was spot on!!!
