The lodge itself is spacious and in a great location however upon arrival the floors was filthy / footprints and dog hairs, carpets not vacuumed ( vacuum provided however no hose attached so had to get on all fours and use nozzle not what I expect to be doing when staying away ) Cigarette ash left on top of outside table and all over seating area. Plate of cous cous dumped and left on top of boiler in cupboard. No toiletries tissue ect provided. Such a shame and let down on the clean side of things. Did see past reviews when booking but hoped this would have been taken care of. Unfortunately not. Did pass on images of all of above to reception. Hopefully this gets resolved.
