No me gustó que el baño olía regular

It was very peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. The food was good even though the menu is small.

There are a lot of steps to get up to the rooms.

El diseño del apartamento excelente, muy bonitas vistas, muy cómodo, posee todo lo necesario para cocinar.

Antes de entregar una habitación se debe limpiar muy bien y revisar que no hayan bichos, no hay que dar nada por sentado. Encontramos un escorpión que iba saliendo debajo del sofá o de la alfombra hacia la cocina, afortunadamente lo encontré de esa manera y no bajo las sábanas, almohadas, cojines, etc.. Las barandillas están muy inseguras. Por lo demás todo bien.

La vista es espectacular, el personal inmejorable y las instalaciones de muy buen gusto. Realmente es un sitio mágico.

Absolutely abysmal stay from start to finish. We informed the team we would be arriving later (around 5:30-6pm) due to a delay with our transport. We were shown to the wrong room (which wasn’t actually a major issue) but I explained to the ‘community manager’ we would need to make two trips to move our bags. She stared me up and down and snapped ‘That’s why you have to arrive before 5pm’ - respectfully, I am a guest and should be able to arrive whenever I want. I understand she probably meant this in the context of someone helping us with our bags but her phrasing was so rude and the fact she just stared at me and snapped at me was really odd. The next day we had no hot water and it took hours to get someone to resolve it - no apology from anyone. Our room was not clean on arrival; mould in the room and wet walls with peeling paint from the damp. It wasn’t cleaned once during our stay (no indication of this until after you book). We were told we had a free drink at the bar but we didn’t have a voucher in our room. The ‘community manger’ said she’d inform the bar - nothing else. No information about what drinks we could/could not have. So we ordered and were then charged because the drinks weren’t right. When I bought this up to the ‘community manager’ there was NO apology just ‘the bar staff know every time’; so unbelievably rude and dreadful service. It’s not difficult to apologise for the mistake - especially as this was her mistake caused by her not putting the vouchers in our room and not letting us know what drinks were available. If she had just apologised I wouldn’t have had an issue but every interaction with her was just rude; we felt less like guests and more like inconveniences. To top it off, I raised my concerns with the owner via WhatsApp who ignored my messages. Eventually I had to reach out to booking directly to try and resolve it. Abysmal staff, dreadful service and dirty rooms - wouldn’t recommend

The room, the view, the location was spectacular.

It’s a hike to go up and down from room to restaurant and lake. Worth the view though. The menu is limited but delicious. Wish there was more meat and dairy. Good for what it is.
