Upon arrival the guest will be asked to sign a contract for the stay.This property is a vacation rental apartment and not an hotel, for tax purposes a rental contract has to be signed in english and spanish. Tree house and Studio are under renovation from May until the end of June. Some rooms may be affected by noise. Kids under 15 not allowed. Renovation work of the rooms: Atitlan One-Bedroom Tree House, Atitlan Grand One-Bedroom Apartment, Studio, Triple Room with Lake View, Double Room with Lake View, One-Bedroom Apartment will be carried out from 05/05/2026 to 30/06/2026. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake and the volcano is amazing. The treehouse was a great choice :)

The Wi-Fi in the rooms could be much better. Unfortunately, we didn't have a SIM card, so we had to rely on Wi-Fi. & The sun loungers that were still available are very flimsy.

Prachtige locatie! En grote kamers met prachtig uitzicht.

Restaurant is het enige in de buurt doordat het zo afgelegen ligt. Rekening mee houden als je hier langer verblijft!

"Amazing property with stunning views"

This was such a fabulous location with stunning views over the lake and volcanoes. We stayed in the loft apartment and it was amazing. Every little detail of finish and the bay window to sit and look at the view. Loved the swing on the deck and the kayak and paddle board first thing in the morning.

"Mooi uitzicht"

De locatie is zeer goed! Het personeel is ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het ontbijt is lekker.

Het avondeten is maar zozo. In verhouding is het ontbijt veel smaakvoller. De studio is dringend aan vernieuwing toe! De schimmel in de douche is echt niet oké. Verder is de studio ook echt wat afgeleefd.

"Gutes Apartment mit super Aussicht."

Super Lage bzw Aussicht - mit dem Boot kommt man vom hauseigenen Steg an jedes Dorf (25Q pro Kopf). Super Ort um abzuschalten.

Leider hatte die Unterkunft sehr schlechtes und teils nicht funktionierendes WLAN. Zudem gab es keine Klima (was wir wussten) aber vor allem keine Lüftung. Nur die Hälfte der sehr großen Fenster konnte durch die Jalousie abgedunkelt werden, was dazu geführt hat, dass es gerne mal sehr warm & dämpfig wurde. Die Schiebetüre ständig aufzureißen war leider ebenso keine Lösung, da kein Moskitonetz an den Fenstern & Schiebetüren befestigt war. Wenn dies noch installiert wird, kann man die übermäßige Feuchtigkeit im Apartment und die leichte Schimmelbildung in der Duschdecke verhindern. Das hoteleigene Restaurant bot gutes Essen, wenn auch etwas hochpreisiger für lokale Verhältnisse und leider wenig Auswahl. Dennoch empfehlenswert.
