Beautiful area Lots of opportunities around to explore Beyond friendly staff who helped us reach the bus after our stay

First time as best as the previous, had to stay an extra day. Staff was kind allowed us to book an extra night.

호수 앞 가족이 운영하는 오래된 산장이었지만, 맞아주신 분들 모두 친절하셨고, 자전거도 빌릴 수 있어 호수 한바퀴를 돌아볼 수 있었어요. 식당도 운영하고 계셔서, 아침 점심 가까운 곳에서 해결할 수 있었습니다.

The owners were lovely and extremely welcoming. The food at the cafe was fabulous and deliciously fresh. Inspired and cooked by the family matriarch. A great antidote to the business of other parts of Mount Fuji and surrounds.

The bathroom and access to power points.

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le logement était totalement non conforme à la description annoncée (établissement classé « 3 étoiles »). L’état général de la chambre était inacceptable et insalubre : Draps et serviettes de toilette tachés Présence importante de moisissures sur les murs et plafonds Insectes morts et vivants (mouches) dans la chambre Accumulation de poussière au sol et cheveux dans la douche Face à ces conditions, nous avons été contraints de quitter les lieux et de trouver un autre hébergement à nos frais.
