Great location and customer service

I liked the proximity to the station at Ropley and having a close parking spot. I was able to reduce time spent travelling to the station, as much was going on there. Having a kitchen and laundry were great. The shower was nice, instant heat and a good stream.

Having a kitchen and laundry was great, but as a short term traveller, there wasn't any soap for either. I bought soaps for both and left them behind for the next traveller. The lodging is due for an update of the mattress and chairs. No instructions for washer/dryer use for control functions, seemed like drying took a long time. The frying pan is due for replacement as well....

Location is excellent. Facilties were great, communication with landlord was brilliant. Sofa bed was not in a good condition and was uncomfortable, but, made them aware and this is being sorted. We would definitely recommend staying there, we will be doing a return visit in the future. We were also allowed to take our small dog, which was fantastic and made our weekend very enjoyable

Location was great. Heater worked really well. Extra toilet and laundry room were great for us too.

The fold out bed was horrendous. The slats were falling off the bottom and the couch cushions were broken and the filling was spilling out everywhere. It would have been great to have more utensils to allow us to self cater better. We also had no wifi the whole time we were there.
