Marta, her Esposo and whole family were great. Verz friendly and caring. The beds were comfortable. The kayaks you can rent were awesome

WiFi was unfortunately not working and the shower was cold.

We liked everything. Our host was a lovely family of 3 children. The room we had was in a bungalow with a private bathroom, brand new high quality mattress, white linen and mosquitos curtains. Martha is a great cook. The couple was very attentive to details and made our stay very comfortable and easy. Casa Maya is closer to Livingston which allowed us going there by kayak by ourselves. Thank you Martha, Herson, Dora, Lenin and Camila for this wonderful and authentic experience within a 'chapin' family.

This part of the river is beautiful. It is a simple but well-maintained property. The bathrooms are very nice and the bed was comfortable. The food was amazing and Marta, Harrison and her family gave us a tremendous vacation.  they helped us make travel plans on word and provided boat trips to all of the places we wanted to take a look at. Great communications prior to our trip and getting us here. Great communications with our driver- no way I could’ve been happier. 

Electricity is not 100% reliable, but we were comfortable nonetheless
