"Bad"

TOXIC MOLD!! got sick from the toxic mold and now I ruined my whole vacation. do not stay here!!! The girl at the desk was nice but When I asked her for a refund because we started feeling sick due to the mold, she didn’t care or didn’t even understand what mold is and didn’t give us a refund. She offered to move us to another room (moldy as well). Plus there is usage being dumped near the room with a nauseating smell that makes you want to vomit and dog shit all over the place. The stairs to get to the property are absurd and painful and wasn’t stated anywhere. The rooms are full of mold, dirty, the house isn’t leveled, and you’ll have a headache + runny nose + sore throat if not worse from the mold infection.

GOT SICK FROM TOXIC MOLD!! I am now in bed sick and can’t even enjoy my vacation. The receptionist was nice but when I explained her about the mold and asked a refund because we couldn’t stay there, she didn’t even care or didn’t understand what toxic mold is and offered me to stay in the other room that has mold as well. Do not stay here for your health

The place is nice and quiet.

There are a lot of stairs to get there. There is no hot water and no fan in the room. It was humid, and the smell was not pleasant.

Very cute and quaint and had a very good quality sleep. The staff were wonderful.

Was on the expensive side, smelt strange until we’d had the heater cranked for hours, mouldy shower, Wifi hardly worked, No blinds on most of the windows & Not enough overhead lighting so dark at night and bright early morning. Paid extra for Room with view which had no view (when a view was advertised), Windows were really dirty. Nice that there was a bath but why an open bath in a three person room?

Lovely charming hotel surrounded by nature, located away from the busy central plaza and at the same time close by. The photos of the cozy cabin like rooms are accurate. Great helpful staff, breakfast, excellent value for money.
