"Beauy"

Beautiful location. You could hear the river from the room & the Mountain Views were amazing.

Obviously a bit expensive- but the location is exceptional so that is to be expected.

"Excellent view"

The staff were pleasant. The view from the room was spectacular.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable- kind of lumpy. The decor is a bit dull. No bath - I was hoping in such a fancy place there may have been a bath.

"Beautiful, comfy and warm. Expensive place to be."

Such a beautiful place to stay. The view and location is unmatched anywhere else. The facilities felt new, modern and clean. Room was a comfortable size not too squashed at all. The team was helpful in giving us coins for laundry for free which was nice. Perfect for 1 night.

Had issues contacting the reception to move breakfast timing around. Also think for the price you’re paying that more of the mini bar would have been included. Alcohol is understandable but the snacks would have been nice. Also note that the only place to eat is at PioPio which was amazing food quality but extremely expensive which we weren’t expecting. Not much to do apart from boat tours don’t need long here.
