Beautiful lodge in a beautiful location, the park was well kept, clean and friendly. The lodge had everything we needed! the hot tub was lovely too. The lady on reception was brilliant she was so helpful. We will definitely be back, 10/10 from us.

"enjoyable break"

had.to pay £200 security deposit that actually left my account then have to wait 7 days to get back in this financial climate this is a big ask on arrival checked noted a number of damaged parts daughter went to inform reception who said due to staff bereavement hadn’t checked and didn’t need photos will see if deposit is returned

"Exceptional"

We booked the lodge for Christmas to have a relaxing break with our 2 children our 6 year old has special needs and Christmas is a hard time for him and to spend time with our 17 year old out of his bedroom the lodge was amazing better than the photos and had everything we needed having both our children asking if we can do this every year and stay in the kingfisher says it all thank you

Lodge is very open and spacious, hot tub was toasty on arrival. Staff were very helpful despite us being a very short notice booking

The hot tub is a great bonus! The Lodge was spacious, clean and comfortable

The heating/hot water stopped but we rang the number given and it was sorted quickly. Also the main bathroom lights did not work but not a major problem!
