"Could do with a little tlc but Sufficient for a basic stay"

Room for the whole group and the hot tub was a big draw. Close to York/Whitby and the little town of malton was quaint.

Seemed a little worn, fridge door didn’t close properly, window handle had been broken off and not fixed, not enough cups for everyone. Tired caravan and had to drive everywhere to do anything.

"Lodge was fine but the service from site management prior to our stay was poor"

large and spacious tidy great location quiet site male staff member on site friendly and helpful

twin beds were uncomfortable not all of the hot tub jets were working some kitchen equipment and floor spaces were dirty messages and voice messages sent to site management prior to our stay went ignored
