"Terrible privately owned Villa that needs a thorough clean and an update."

The location within the Cyprus lakes resort was lovely. This was a privately owned villa, not one belonging to Cyprus lakes resort.

So many things to list. We wanted to watch the football but the TV in the lounge room had no signal and wasn’t a smart tv. We resorted to watching the football on a laptop. We discovered that there was no hot water trying to wash up before going to bed. We called weekender who sent out a plumber who said it couldn’t be fixed on the weekend. It was the June long weekend so we couldn’t move as there was no vacancies. There were only 3 dining chairs and there were 4 of us staying. There were other chairs that were broken stored in the laundry. The entire place was dirty and dusty. One of the toilets moved when you sat on it (had come away from the wall) along with the toilet seat that moved. There was nothing that you would usually find in a air bnb, no paper towel, 1 pod that didn’t fit the coffee machine, no face washers, no shampoo and conditioner, no washing machine. The dishwasher was hard to open and made a horrible sound like you were forcing it open. I would never stay there again

We were transfer red to a cottage that ace pred our elderly pet cat. That property was perfect

Location

The property has maintenance issues which put us at risk. The balcony railings and the chairs were very dangerous. Oven was filthy.

Great space for our family. Convenient location and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Could be cleaner but it wasn't too bad. Dishwasher didn't work for us.

Perfect location next to the Hunter Valley Gardens

For the price, the place is not particularly well maintained. It is quite run down. That said, it was very clean and tidy. It was a shame that resort services were not available (because it was privately owned, not fault of the owner).

TV didn’t get all main channels, Foxtel did didn’t work. Shelf in main bathroom not replaced . Toilet rocky No toiletries, need to bring your own Need to understand your not part of the resort so you have limited facilities
