The only thing nice was the view.

It was dirty, the jacuzzi bath shot out dead ants and worms, there was a millipede nest in our room and then kept crawling out the wall.

Private and Serene

We loved the Wow effect as we entered the parking area after the 7min gravel road. The view from our luxury tent 7 was awesome. Better still was the view from the deck near the restaurant. The breakfast was simply fabulous. Staff, Simon, Jabulani, Abel the security, lady who cleaned our tent and the guy who washed our car, without us asking they are AL' a great tribute to the total package of service. We were 2 hrs early for check in but they STILL accommodated us. We'll be back for sure. 💯🙏👌☑️

The room is not what I saw on the picture.very small and smelly...the furniture is too old

The view is breathtaking , not forgetting the staff , Jabu made us laugh and ensured we are comfortable he deserves a raiseeee!!!

The food was not that good but overall it’s a good place

The staff were amazing, especially the staff at the restaurant. The view from the pool is nice and the Jacuzzi is a nice add one. Just a pity it didn't work properly but it was nice to sit in.

Misleading room description, disappointed with our stay The photos and description were misleading. We booked the Luxury Room with Private Jacuzzi specifically because it stated that the jacuzzi and balcony were private. This is not true. The jacuzzi is completely visible from the neighbouring room, which made it very uncomfortable to use. When the guests next to us checked in, they could see us directly in the jacuzzi. It should be described as exclusive use, not private. The jacuzzi was also very noisy, which would disturb the next room if used at night. The aircon in the room did not work properly and could not cool the room, even after running it for a long time. The shower water was only lukewarm, not hot, and the room overall needs maintenance, there are many patches and unfinished areas on the walls. We paid for a room with a private jacuzzi, and because it wasn’t private, we couldn’t use it as intended. Very disappointing experience, and not what was advertised.

The location is awesome

The rooms needs refreshing because due to the lodge being in the bush, windows are forever closed leaving a damp stuffy feel in the rooms. Due to lack of proper roads we had to leave our car (due to very low ground clearance) at the Estate gate with security and hitch hike back to the lodge. They should consider shuttle service from gate to the lodge for those who doesn’t own SUVs or bakkies
