Villa Rumah Lumbung

I liked the villa. It was nice and true to the pictures. Nice outside kitchen and pool set-up. Staff Yayan (I may have misspelled, my apologies) was really sweet and amazing. Thank you for all you did to make our stay nice! He also cooked us a really nice omelet breakfast with tomatoes, toast, and fruit❣️ It was quite delicious. He also picked us up for rides as often as we needed to.

I did not like the fact that you had to catch a motorcycle ride to get there. Cars cannot go back there because it only for walking or bike riding. It was a good walk, very dark, used phone flash light for lighting, and villa is down like an alley that was a little uneasy, but the locals were friendly and the staff assisting were very sweet and willing to pick up and drop off as often as needed. We just had to wait 1 at a time to Be dropped off. They had to also take our luggage via bike, which took more time. We did not enjoy as much as other hotels, but we also stayed gone a lot on excursions. Overall it was decent. The room was not very clean. Spider webs and spiders everywhere. Toilet seat was really dirty and messed up. I was very uncomfortable using it. I tried to clean with clorox wipes, some came off but some did not. It was scratched up and a mess.

Somptueuse villa avec piscine de rêve . 2 très belles chambres independantes avec salles de bain et WC avec de bons rangements. Personnelle aimable et serviable. Fontaine à eau minérale qui permet de remplir les gourdes.

Un peu loin du centre et taxi ne pouvant pas venir jusquà la villa car rue étroite nous forçant à utiliser les scooters. Le personnel de la villa est venu récuperer nos valises à notre arrivée et au depart. Ils sont habitués à transporter même des grosses valises. Heureusement, il y a un très bon réseau de taxi scooter ( reservable sur Grab équivalent d'Uber) qui conduisent sereinement et à faible vitesse en raison des bouchons permanents, permettant de se rendre au centre ville en 5 minutes autrement 20 à 30 minutes à pied.prix moins d'1 euro. petit dejeuner asiatique assez bon à la carte cuisiné sur place. Possibilité de demander du lait , beurre et pain non proposé sur la carte.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Villa. Die Lage ist super ruhig und man kann die Privatsphäre richtig genießen. Besonders gut hat uns die Größe des Pools gefallen. Wirkt auf den Fotos kleiner als er in Wirklichkeit ist. Es lässt sich gut schwimmen im Pool. Außerdem ist er immer in der Sonne. Das Frühstück ist gut aber ohne große Auswahl. Nicht so wie in einem Hotel. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. In Ubud gibt es einen guten Supermarkt mit frischem Brot und ordentlichen Käse. Was will man mehr. Danke auch an Dita und Agus die sich gut um uns gekümmert haben. Die beiden waren immer über WhatsApp erreichbar.

Was etwas nervig war ist der offene Wohnbereich. Abends kamen immer die Mücken. Die haben ordentlich genervt. Vielleicht müssten auch mal die Holzbretter im Bereich der Liegestühle erneuert werden. Man kann sich schnell den Fuß einklemmen.

la villa est superbe, au calme, le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable et le petit déjeuner très bon.

No car access which was not a problem for us, but should be kept in mind

Well maintained villa with nice pool Same like in picture Very clean rooms and functional kitchen Staff was really kind Dita and his colleague They arrange luggage transfer from main road till Villa

- Location is not easy to reach first time , closest spot to drop off from car is Tygr Sushi Ubud, then you can walk - Like 25 minutes walking to center and main touristic area , but it’s ok

The staff were very cooperative, always smiling. The owner was very accommodating to keep our bags in her shop since we wanted to spend more time in Ubud area before and after checkout.

The hygiene and cleanliness of living room and cabana need attention. They have too many stains from different guests. There was a cat in the property from neighborhood that was comfortably resting on the sofa. The place is almost a km inside the main road and poorly lit access path.
