The staff were great but that's where it began and finished.

Was looking forward to our stay here but once we arrived we had to be taken on scootera around 600m down to our villa which i wasnt aware of. There was mould on the roof in living area bedroom doors didn't shut properly no batteries in any remotes. Tv didn't work. And lots of mozzies. We left after an hour and found more suitable accommodation. the staff were great and very understanding. But we did lose 2 nights accomodation that we had paid for.

I liked the location, away from the business of central Ubud but still walking distance. Staff were amazing and really helpful. Private villa pool was amazing and lovely garden.

I would suggest having a refresh; a deep clean, some new pillows and blankets and a fresh lick of paint would really elevate the place.

We liked the size of the pool, but not all of the lights worked. The staff met us and gave us a lift to the place (it was quite far from the parking)

Not enough of lights in the evening, so we were scared of snakes We didn’t like that the shower was under the open sky (it was quite scary as well) Old shabby furniture

It’s so calm, bathroom is very cool and the beds are so comfy. But it is so so far from the city center, so you either need a bike or allow the staff to drive you to the nearest lively area.
