Emplacement un peu trop loin à la campagne : peu adapté pour nous, une famille de 4 qui souhaitons visiter UBUD et ses alentours. Pas de possibilité pour un taxi voiture 🚗 d’accéder au logement (il faut 15 minutes à pied ou 5 minutes en scooter pour rejoindre la route du logement) puis 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre ville d’UBUD. Ce n’est pas très pratique si vous ne louez pas de scooter. Plus adapté selon moi pour des amis ou des couples à condition de louer un scooter. Personnel très business mais c’est normal, c’est partout un peu pareil avec le sur tourisme.

It requires a little hunting to find the location but the host is very helpful in making this happen.

The communal area kitchen/sitting room area is quite small and has a small couch. One of the bali wide deep couches wide be far nicer.

Very clean room and pool, very helpful staff, close to plenty of good warungs, quiet location. reception was very helpful in finding a way to extend the booking Staff happy to mortor bike us along the (800 metre) pathway to the car park each time we came or went., same with our (large amount of) luggage

The price was a bit above my comfort zone, but it WAS worth the extra cost (we extended our stay).

Only the pool

1. Lack of Basic Amenities: Upon arrival, we found the kitchen entirely unequipped. There were no pots, pans, or even basic necessities such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, or milk. These are standard provisions we expected to be available in a self-catering accommodation. 2. Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioning unit is ineffective and functions more like a regular fan. It provides no real cooling, which made our stay uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. 3. Damaged Lounge Area: The sitting lounge was in a particularly poor condition. There are noticeable cigarette burn holes, and the overall state of the furniture is unacceptable for a property advertised for comfort and relaxation. 4. Faulty Room Doors: Several room doors are either jammed or do not close properly. This not only affected our privacy but also raised safety concerns. We were very disappointed with these issues, as they significantly affected our experience. We kindly request appropriate compensation or at the very least, immediate attention to these matters to prevent future guests from facing similar problems.

The villa was situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. It was spacious with comfortable rooms and a big pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed linen was a bit faded and old.

We did like the villa. It was very clean and had a pleasant pool experience. The location was remote but accessible as they have bike facilities.

A few times, we felt a strong dump smell near the main bed area, and somehow, we had few difficulties finding back home with a taxi.

Quiet, spacious villa and pool was wonderful even with light not working well. Good Internet. Ratna very prompt to respond and help. Staff mostly around to help sadly minimal English but very willing to help. We ordered breakfast in twice but cook not always available.

While staff to assist with needs, felt very isolated down bottom of bike only pathway and somewhat down a rabbit warren. Having our own bike was a relief. Restaurants and spas in laneways were not always available when wanted or didn’t have options not available. Villa needs work to bring up quality to average standard. Air conditioners too small as big rooms. Hard bed.
