Ratna Villa

The staff was absolutely wonderful! They messaged me before check-in and even helped my driver, who was lost, to find the place. Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. I had requested a surprise floating breakfast in the pool for my wife, and they went above and beyond – it was incredible! The price is very fair, and the accommodation is excellent. Super comfortable beds, air conditioning in both rooms, a spacious bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. The only thing we missed was a microwave in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a big issue at all.

I loved the location. Quiet, nature but close to restaurants, center and sights. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was great! Kitchen and refrigerator are a big bonus because we were able to cook our breakfast. Facilities are excellent. The staff are very friendly always there to help. The motorcycles are discounted and cheaper compared to others we saw. They went the extra mile in helping us when we forgot our important belongings when we checked out.

Quiet! No chickens or roosters, building site nearby or motorbikes/ cars and as good as private. Kitchen indoors and a ‘lounge bed’ in living room. Roomy and light in the living room.

The road to the house from the main road is long and small which makes relaxed walking impossible with all the motorbikes passing. Bedsheets were old.

An amazing stay at villa Ratna! All the staff (Ratna, Wayan sartana, wawane?) were incredibly accommodating and helpful, making us feel right at home. The private pool was a lovely escape from the heat, and the villa's quiet location provided the perfect escape. If you don’t mind a shortish walk, it is still very close to the main part of Ubud, so everything you need is close by. Highly recommend!

The host was waiting for upon our arrival, it was lovely to be welcomed. beds were large and comfortable, the air conditioning system was adequate, and the housekeepers were efficient. Additionally, the host responded to our text messages promptly and efficiently.

The villa old and smells a bit musty, the cooking utensils need upgrading, and the pool area is so dark at night that we didn't dare to swim once the sun goes down.
