Ratna Villa

Extremely friendly staff, clean every day, helpful and kind. The villa is comfortable and spacious.

The hosts were great very helpful. It's located down the end of a long alleyway. You arrive at the start of the alleyway to a Ratna shop. The host will drop you down the end on a scooter. The place had everything we needed plus they did our laundry for cheap. The alleyway is amazing and has so many food and massage options. Was located close enough to waterfalls and monkeys. They even organized a driver to our next location.

The Owner and her staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. I communicated through Whatsapp and was answered straight away. Such a sweet little villa. The photos don't do it justice. The staff get you to an from the villa even with your luggage. On our second day we walked from the villa to the main road and found spas restaurants and massage places along the way Awesome 👌 😎

The bedroom doors had gaps a couple of times we had to make sure that the doors were tight up against the wall or the Mossies would get in, than christ for those Mossies curtains around the bed. Also our friends bedroom door couldnt lock at all. Over all we were safe and sound. Its quite away from the main road but all the villas down the lane are.

People were good and building and area was good.Liked the greenary with in the villa .

Villa was not cleaned/Clean . it was smelling as old, uncleaned/stale /Smoking place . Sheets ,pillow covers and towels were old and torn and pillow cases were torn ,holes in the sheets . we reached there late in the night and called them Ratna and sent the pictures of the torn pillow cases from the Villa ,then they came and changed with the clean sheets and pillow cases and towels were very bad , bathrooms were not cleaned . this needs maintenance. No Wifi, light Blubs were not there (had to ask them to replace them in the villa ,broken table lamps , there was TV but it was not working.

Great stay, the staff are very helpful and help us with scooter and laundry. The rooms are very comfortable!

There is only 2 bed. The third bed is just a sofa in the kitchen/dining which is the open.

The communication from Ratna and her staff was impeccable! The villa was great and awesome value. was awesome! Affordable mini bar and super responsive staff who ensured we were well looked after. Staff assisted in transport and were incredibly kind.

We utilised the laundry service and all our whites came back stained - which is unfortunate because the whites were expensive and purchased whilst on holiday.

Lovely private location that is walking distance to great food... Private pool was a bonus and room was super large. Staff were more than helpful. Super good value for money
