Everything was perfect at Ratna Villa.Ratna is an amazing hostess, very helpful!The property is cozy and beautiful.

Ac was taking too long time to cool down the room, no tooth brush and toothpaste given

Problem with electric. And gas . No tv working and hasn’t worked for 1 year . Rude man owner.

Location is a short 5-10minute scooter ride from Ubud downtown. If you're self driving, no problem.It is a very private tranquil villa, perfect to relax for couples or families. It is simple but fantastic. Host very responsive via whatsapp and has shop and scooters for rent.

pleasant accommodation a few minutes by scooter from the central part of Ubud. At the same time, tasty warungs and shops are within walking distance. The centrally located swimming pool was a nice bonus. The laundry service from the accommodation was great. They took out the dirty bin in the morning and we found a clean and dry one in the afternoon. Didn't need to pack a lot of stuff.

the access road to the villa is not entirely pleasant, but you can get used to it on the second day. :)

Everything was really amazing. Ratna and her boys are so kind and welcoming, always there to help with anything. The place itself was absolutely stunning. I stayed in Villa 3, there was so much space, air conditioning to when it’s too hot outside, a kitchen, an amazing pool and bathtub. The place is on a little side road where only scooters are allowed, which makes this a wonderful silent space with wonderful animals sounds. It’s a short walk from the Ubud center, you can reach the Monkey Forrest in about 30 minutes walking and you don’t have to go to the center for food as there is a lot delicious places down the side road. If you don’t like geckos staying in your room, this place is probably not for you ~ I had a little gecko family living with me but they will stay on the wall/not come near you (for me, I specially loved this tho). If you’re quite when in the garden, you get the opportunity to see birds bathing in the pool, see the geckos crawling around and be surrounded by butterflies. This is definitely a lovely space for both animals and nature lovers. Remember to always bring a flashlight when walking outside in the evening/night, as there can be snakes tho ~ they won’t bite if you leave them alone and just walk slowly away from it. Terima kasih for such a wonderful stay, I definitely will be back in the future 🫶🏽

Really lovely villa, great staff that are very helpful. Amazing quiet location yet close to Ubud. Pool & garden was really nice. Great value for money!!

It was a lovely experience staying at Ratna. Villas very modern with own pool and felt very traditional .The staff were very helpful also .

Aircon was average but other than that it was outstanding
