Location, staff, space, pool, old villa but really nice! Authentic!

Rooms near the street noisy. But in general very good!

We love the place its design and being uniqie We love the swimming pool as well.

If it is rsining then the dining area is flooded with water and csn be slippery.

Excellent bali style open villa. Master bedroom is massive. Pool is fantastic Big pool. warm water. ( late december ) good for kids heaps of room to run around. would highly recommend.

The out house room by the road. Had a bit of a water leaking issue in the bathroom. Only downfall.

The vila is in a great location right off eat street

Front villa is a bit noisy as close to the street

The outdoor area lovely pool excellent.

The location very noisy with traffic building behind. Security in the street talking loudly could hear all night.

Villa ist in die Jahre gekommen und liegt an einer extrem lauten Stelle. Sie ist von Mücken durchseucht. Wer in Samyniak Party machen will, ist gut beraten. Aber für Ruhe und Entspannung ist die Villa zu abgefrakt, zu laut und zu wenig gegen Insekten geschützt. Das zweite Haus ist eher eine Gartenhütte, ind der man nicht wohnen kann. Alles in allem ist der Preis massiv überzogen. Für die Hälfte könnte man nix sagen. Aber bei der Gage müsste meines Erachtens einiges mehr geboten sein

Lovely clean villa, cleaned daily by wonderful staff, the gardens also, spotless. The pool was huge, perfect for our family. All rooms were well furnished, comfortable beds, again cleaned daily. Location was great, 5 minute walk from main road of restaurants and shops, absolutely loved it Lovely restaurant called Minta directly across the street

As previous reviews have mentioned, two rooms are in a separate building and nearer to the road, so susceptible to the road noise more. My son stayed in there and struggled the first night, but after that had no issues, so I'd recommend a heavy sleeper stays there! There is building work behind the villa, a new villa i imagine and they work from 0800-1700 Monday to Saturday. The only time you notice them is if you have a lie in, but even then, you get used to it. Not the villa owners fault obviously but something to bear in mind.
