Lovely, cute and clean house Great host - very responsive on WhatsApp, messaged me before check in with a list of things to do and instructions on how to access the house. When I casually asked if there was any laundry detergent and there wasn't, she immediately ordered some for us, which was much appreciated. Left a bag of goodies for us at check-in. Location is great - short walk from Windermere train station and close to Bowness as well House is well furnished and modern (kitchen is particularly modern and well stocked) Rooms are a reasonable size - wouldn't call them big, but comfortable

2 relatively minor points: 1. The balcony was a little dirty (surprising considering the rest of the house was sparkling clean) 2. The house was a bit on the expensive side (considering the size)

Extremely comfortable and well furnished with modern appliances, comfortable chairs/sofas/beds, beautiful artwork on the walls, an amazing kitchen… we are a family of 5 and the space was perfect for us! Location-wise, the property is an easy walk into Bowness in one direction and Windermere in the other - so perfect for us as we like walking! Easy parking and a great, very responsive host!

Great house, lovely quiet location but close to Bowness and Windermere. The host provided basic food, cleaning essentials and treats on arrival which were very thoughtful and fab. Bedding, towels etc great quality.

This is currently the best house I have ever stayed in, with complete facilities and a very high level of cleanliness inside. The landlord not only provided us with detailed travel guides, but also helped us solve the problems we encountered. You're worth living in and experiencing！
