"The best Hotel on our month long trip"

Spacious, right across the road from ski hire, around resturants and very comfortable bed. It is equipped with a full kitchen.

Only that we didn't stay longer! We will be back!

"Brilliant affordable winter wonderland chalet at fantastic ski resort"

The chalet is fantastic such a cozy place to return to after a big day on the slopes. The onsen is absolute bliss! A quick walk to lifts or easy to catch bus to various resorts. The restaurant IzaKaya Kaz next door was fabulous well worth making a booking. The pub great for western food. Great service from the hosts if you need lifts to supermarkets or restaurants. This is our second year returning and loved it both times. We had to make adjustments to our trip having been stuck in Australia due to cyclone and we were very lucky to be able to adjust our dates as late in the season. Snow was amazing no lift queues and excellent lift pass prices.

Not the comfiest bed but the kids very happy with theirs.

"A great location for enjoying a week in Hakuba"

We were collected at Hakuba station on arrival and driven to the property. The location was perfect - ski rental across the road, ski lift a 3-5 minute walk away, pub next door and two quality restaurants within a minute or two walk - it doesn't get much better than that! We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Hakuba and would like to call out James who drove us to the Supermarket a couple of times, arranged our black cat bag transfers and assisted when we couldn't work out how to use a couple of the Japanese appliances.
