To use the property's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Station, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your booking. Payment instructions will be sent by the property at the time of booking. If payment is not made by the instructed date, your booking will be canceled. Keys to the chalets must be picked up at the apartments, approximately 2625 feet away. Child rates apply to children staying at the property. Please contact the property for details. If you would like to bring your pet, you must request this in advance. Most types of dogs are allowed in chalets. Pets are not allowed in apartments.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
