Lanka Beach Grand Villa

Perfect stay! Great location right on the beach, quiet and safe surrounding, fast and reliable internet (we all had to work a bit), very friendly and unobtrusive staff, daily cleaning, fresh towels each day. We cooked in the kitchen dinners but for breakfast we went to the restaurant. Great pizzas there at reasonable prices, but not only pizza..... Staff helped us rent scooters. Highly recommended!

A fantastic beachfront house with stunning ocean views. Everything spotless clean, very friendly staff, we ordered all meals in the restaurant next door (Blue Dolphin Restaurant) and it was served directtly to our table in the villa. Great job. Food was delicious and cheap. Great value for money and a perfect place to relax! We will recommend it to friends and family at home !

We stayed at this exceptional beachfront villaas a group of friends, and it exceeded every expectation. the layout is perfectly designed for shared living while still offering ample pricavcy for each guest. The staff was very friendly, discreet and highly attentive, assuring our stay was stay was great from start to the end. Considering the space and location the value for money is simply remarkable. We would return without hesitation. We ate always at their restaurant next door - fabulous sea food there and cheap !!

We had a great time at this beachfront villa, especially considering the excellent value for money. For the price, the quality you get is truly impressive !! WE had stayed in much more expensive villas in Sri Lanka during our stay, but this was by far the best ! The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making sure everything ran smoothly without being intrusive. They added a lot to the overall experience. Especially Hansan and Vidura from the next door restaurant serving us our dinner on our balcony ! REally great !! The kitchen is well equipped, clean, and perfect for preparing your own meals, which adds even more value to the stay, also you can oder any dishes from the resort´s restaurant next door that is being served to your private terrace if you do not want to sit in the restaurant. Overall, this villa offers a fantastic balance between cost and quality. If you’re looking for a beachfront stay that delivers great service and amenities at a very fair price, this is an excellent choice. We have already booked our next stay in February 27 !

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful beachfront villa in Sri Lanka. The location is perfect—right by the ocean, with stunning views and the soothing sound of the waves all day long. The house is spacious (4 double bed rooms on 2 levels), very clean, and very well maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A special highlight was the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless, and we always felt very comfortable and well taken care of. We ordered breakfast at the restaurant of the bungalow resort next door which was served on our terrace - that is what loved also. The food in the resort´s restaurant is cheap and really excellent. The villa offers great value for money and is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway by the sea. We would definitely come back!

5 von 5 Sternen – Wunderschöne Strandvilla in perfekter Lage direkt am Meer. Sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und absolut ruhig. Wir hatten das Frühstück dazu gebucht - das wird normalerweise im Restaurant nebenan gereicht - wir hatten aber das Glück, das das Personal uns das Frühstück jeden Tag auf unsere eigene private Terrasse gebracht hat. Absolut top !! Tolles Frühstück mit leisen Wellenrauschen !! Wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen definitiv wieder! Meine Freundin wollte erst gar nicht mehr abreisen - aber wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht !!

Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt – besser als erwartet und jeden einzelnen Stern wert. Die Villa direkt am Strand ist in Wirklichkeit noch beeindruckender als auf den Fotos !! Die Kombination aus Privatsphäre, schonen Design und dieser einmaligen Lage macht diesen Ort wirklich besonders. Morgens mit Blick auf das Meer aufzuwachen und abends den Sonnenuntergang in völliger Ruhe zu genießen, war unvergesslich. Alles war makellos sauber und hervorragend organisiert. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und durchdacht – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der exzellente Service durch die Mitarbeiter dort: immer freundlich, unaufdringlich und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Für uns eines der besten Ferienhäuser, in denen wir je gewohnt haben. Wir weerden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Strandvilla war einfach perfekt! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar – morgens mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufzuwachen und den Sonnenaufgang über dem Wasser zu genießen, war ein echtes Highlight. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu gemütlichen Sitzbereichen mit herrlichem Meerblick. Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Abend entspannt den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Auch der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Insgesamt ein Ort, an den man sofort zurückkehren möchte. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Privatsphäre und das Meer direkt vor der Tür suchen!

la cuisine, tout est fait pour que nous consommions au restaurant de l’hôtel car il n'y a que très peu d’ustensiles. Les prix sont très élevés alors que nous rajoutons 10e par jour pour la conso d'électricité (alors que nous n'utilisions que la clim à 26 la nuit uniquement, nous faisions attention à tout. Le personnel passe tous les matins ranger la maison et faire le ménage, un homme était toujours dans notre jardin, il n'y a pas d'intimité, bien qu'ils soient adorables

Große Villa direkt am Strand mit großem Pool. Die Lage ist super mit weitläufigen Strand wo man std. spazieren kann. Das Restaurant direkt daneben war sehr gut, und es wurde sogar das Essen in die Villa geliefert.

Das Personal läuft immer wieder am Tag durch das Gelände um arbeiten zu machen. Was nicht weiter schlimm ist, da die arbeiten ja gemacht werden müssen. Nur 1 Vorfall war sehr ärgerlich. Wärend wir im Pool waren sind die arbeiter gekommen und haben uns gebeten aus dem Pool zu gehen da sie was machen müssen. Sie sagten 10min. Aus den 10 min sind 2,5 Std geworden, weil sie ein Dach neben dem Pool abgerissen haben und das halb im Pool hing. Solche arbeiten hätte man machen können wenn wir unterwegs sind. Aber da wurde nicht gefragt, einfach gemacht. Der Pool war danach auch nicht zu 100% sauber.
