Lanka Beach Grand Villa

Great Villa right on the empty, sandy beach, spottless clean, very nice ambience, good beds and fast internet. Very friendly staff - we booked breakfast and could enjoy it on our private terrace ! That was great. A must stay place ! We enjoyed swimming in the sea, but there is a nice pool as well...You have a strip of private beach with sun beds also. Nice garden with many trees and flowers... We will try to book next year again there.

Nie sposób opisać jak bardzo zachwyciło mnie to miejsce! Doskonała lokalizacja, tuż nad oceanem. W zasadzie prywatna plaża. Piękny basen, ogród. Absolutna prywatność dla 8 osób. Cisza i spokoj. Wnętrza wspaniałe w każdym fragmencie. Wspaniały personel oraz właściciele, reagujący natychmiast na każde pytanie. Doskonałe posiłki w uroczej restauracji tuż obok. Zdecydowanie i absolutnie polecam!

The location was picture perfect and the staff were very attentive. The food from the adjoining restaurant was also very good.

Some parts of the property could use a little maintenance. A couple of the patio windows were cracked and the main bedroom AC didn't cool very well but overall this didn't affect our stay.

Die Lage ist natürlich sehr schön Strand direkt vor der Türe

Insgesamt fande ich es einfach zu teuer. Die lange ist super keine Frage aber Strom zb muss man selber zahlen und ich fand es unangenehm immer drauf zu schauen das ja kein Strom verbraucht wird. Auch ließ das Personal die Waschmaschine auf unseren Strom laufen . Man hätte auch dazu schreiben können das das Personal unten im Keller wohnt das fand ich irgendwie befremdlich . Die Möbel sind auch nicht mehr die neusten. In allen Bädern roch es unangenehm . Öfter kam auch jemand in den Garten ohne wenigstens Hallo zu rufen. Wenn man eine private Villa bucht dann will man auch privat sein. Leider auch Kakerlaken da

Magnifique endroit, très grande villa et un accès à une plage déserte immense. Possibilité de profiter du restaurant ou ceux des autres hôtels donnant sur la plage.

The villa is big and beautiful, location is stunning, beds are comfortable, cleaning was very good. We enjoyed the powerful waves, clean and quiet beach (a little paradise) and nice swimming pool. Plenty of places where you can sit and relax. Lagoon boat tour is nice to do.

Villa can use a little maintenance (Metal erosion lead to broken shower, furniture inside can be a bit more comfy? Note, this is more than compensated by the positives) Water pressurek was off 3 times (2 times during showering). Although we were warned in earlier reviews the electricity bill was 90 USD for 4 days, only used AC at night)., it was mainly liknked to the usuage (450KwH) what is hard to control. The latter ruins a bit a very positive experience.

A wonderful two weeks with family for a special birthday, the villa was perfect for the 7 of us and the location is just perfect. It feels calm, tranquil but still with some options for food and drinks along the beach. The food and staff at the neighbouring blue Doplhin was exceptional and we ate there several times during our stay.
