If I could rate this higher than 10 — I would. Incredibly beautiful, better than the pictures, the staff are INCREDIBLE, there is an adjoining restaurant that serves all meals, they are also INCREDIBLE, best food we’ve eaten in all of Sri Lanka.

Location is awesome, property is very well placed close to the beach and it has a proper swimming pool with cleaning system etc. They have a restaurant with good food, nearby eating places (Priyamoon and Nimhira) on the road side also offer nice freshly cooked food. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they have very good housekeeping.

There is nothing that we have any complains about, however as a suggestion, keeping a couple of Mosquito/fly swatter rackets could be a good addition!!

"amazing gem, most beautiful private villa"

Extraordinarily beautiful private beach villa with great amenities. Even more beautiful than on the pictures. I was surprised how well the villa was equipped with kitchenware, games, books, washing, pool towels, bikes etc. the house and pool was cleaned every day, our fridge was filled with basics when we arrived. there was literally nobody at the beach and the pool was just great. the restaurant next door delivers breakfast, lunch and dinner and leaves no room for complaints.

the beach is not safe for swimming, which we knew, it was anyways possible to go a bit into the water.
