"beautiful chalet, terrible customer service."

complete ameneties all the photo included

the room was $150, but the taxes and hidden fees were $250. we didn’t automatically receive any information regarding our room number and parking instructions as we had to give them a call. we received a parking ticket even though we already registered our vehicle beforehand.

The apartment, the heated pool and hot tub, the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms

The kitchen is a bit small for 7 people but at least the dining area seats a lot of people!

Nettes, sauberes Haus. Wir waren dort nur zum Schlafen.

Sehr mühsame Anmeldung durch Authentifizierung, scannen von Ausweis und Gesicht, als Garantie für eventuelle Schäden werden die Kreditkartendetails verlangt. Für mich war das Bett sehr hart, aber das ist eine individuelle Sache.
