Overall, our stay was very good. My family and I did not get the chance to try the pool or the outdoor hot tub since we were out most of the time during the day, and we usually only spent time at the accommodation in the evenings. However, our experience with the beds was excellent—comfortable and relaxing, which made our nights restful.

Our overall experience was positive, and my family and I enjoyed our stay. However, the master bedroom shower felt a bit small, which made it somewhat difficult for a bigger person to shower comfortably. Additionally, we couldn’t locate any garbage bag supply, if there were supposed to be some available. Aside from these small points, everything else was good, and we had a pleasant stay.

Bathroom doors squeak so it was tricky to go to the bathroom in the night quietly. Ensuite bathroom toilet has a leak, every 10-15 mins it fills again, you can flush it 2-3 times and might stop, then next flush might start again, annoying at night but luckily flushing would temporarily fix. Faint cigarette smell. Bed was too soft, although a subjective issue, soft beds cause back pain for my wife, she ended up going to Chiro after this stay due to significant back/neck pain. Some people with no back issues might like soft beds, so again, a subjective topic.

Convenient location With everything we needed. Friendly helpful hosts who responded quickly to queries.

On the other room, where there are 3 beds it's so hot that we can't sleep properly and have to use our mini fans to sleep

Self check in hat nicht funktioniert. Emails und stundenlanges Telefonat mit völlig inkompetenten Mitarbeiter hat außer hohe Telefonkosten nichts gebracht. Letztlich kein Zutritt zum Zimmer u hohe Stornogebühr, obwohl nicht storniert

The property was clean and comfort. They has the swimming pool.

The communication with the host is not really convenient. The property was washing machine and dryer, however dryer unable to use (might be took of the button purposely not to let the guests use). I've informed the host even providing the image, the host didn't reply anything at all. If they can't let the guests use the dryer, they inform the guest or don't need to include the photo information in the booking. This lead to mis understanding and the host didn't take any responsible at all. And also, before we checked in, I understand that the property able to accommodate up to 10 people, We booked for just 2 people and my friend couple joined last min and I informed the host honestly. The host keep asking me for additional charges for the supplies which is already provided in the room and no need to do or provide any extra. Also the host is asking for deposit $700 with transaction fee $14 (additional) for 3 nights of stay. If you don't wish to pay $700, you need to buy insurance with $50 (nun refundable). Furthermore, the master bedroom bed frame is very dangerous to the guest. The design of the bed frame knock is coming out and whoever used the master bedroom was injured by knocking whenever passing around the bed.
