Beautiful surroundings, lovely interior and private exterior. Excellent standard and lovely and clean. Beautiful welcome basket with friendly owners. We had a wonderful stay.

There is nothing with didn’t like we enjoyed every moment of our stay

"Great stay, comfortable and quiet."

This was our first time in a shepherd's hut, and the experience was great! We were left a basket of goodies to be able to have a cuppa and a slice of cake when we first arrived. The bed was comfy and the location was really quiet. I suggest that you take wellies for first thing in the morning as the path to the hut is very wet after rain or early morning dew. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again as there is plenty to do in the area.

It only had one chair and this was a little too big for the space. It could have done with two foldable chairs so they could be unfolded to use when needed.

Lots of peace and quiet very secluded if you cannot put down your mobile phone or live without tv then this is not for you. Very beautiful lots of nice fresh air depending on the time of year bring your boots extremely cosy with woodburner lovely hamper was a nice touch with some nice organic local produce. If you like to walk and love the countryside and wildlife without the hassle of modern life then this is most suitable. We never met the hosts but there was no need to as everything was thought of great attention to detail have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

"The simple life"

Nice rural situation. Simple accommodation with no frills.

Nothing really. I imagine some people may have found the cooking facilities limited, but not an issue.
