Casa Terra Hostel

This is the best hostel I ever stayed at! It’s very small, only two shred bedrooms for 4 people in each, and one room for volunteers, two bathrooms and one open kitchen (also a few private rooms in the backyard) so it feels like sharing a house with friends more than a hostel. The volunteers are so welcoming and friendly and social. It’s so easy to make friends here, with the other guests and volunteers. We all hanged out together and on the Friday we shared food and had a bonfire with the owners and some other people. It’s not far from the beach or town, a short walk and you can rent bikes in the area but I always walked, no problem at all. I really recommend this hostel, especially to solo travellers and I would definitely stay here again if I would go back to Sámara.

Nothing really. The rooms are a bit small for two bunk beds so there is not a lot of space for the bags or to walk on but we managed. When I first came I was placed in a room with 3 others, but the other room only had one guest, so I asked to change room so we all could have more space and it was no problem for me to switch, very helpful.

Excellent staff & volunteers. Close to the beach. Outside surfboard shower. Great Euro crowd.

The volunteers and staff at this hostel are amazing and do such a good job making guests feel welcome and keeping everything clean and tidy. They organised a potluck dinner one night. I felt very comfortable and welcome while staying here and the people at the hostel were so nice. I ended up staying 6 nights! The mattresses were very comfortable and fans worked well and weren't too noisy. Thank you ❤️

There is not so much space in the room to put things, but if you are travelling light it's ok.

I really enjoyed the coziness and welcoming vibe. The bed was really comfortable and the hostel has everything you need. The vibe is not only created by the place, but also by the people and Cedric and Noemi are the proof. They are friendly, helpful, organized and they really care a lot.

Some of the tools in the kitchen are pretty old, but still, there is everything you need.
