La décoration de l hôtel, de la chambre. C est neuf. Eau chaude. L emplacement. Le rapport qualité prix. Le calme du lieu jusqu'à l heure du service petit déjeuner.

La promiscuité avec les endroits où le petit déjeuner est préparé puis servi: beaucoup de bruit qu à ce moment là.
