La qualité de l’accueil. Le personnel est très aimable , souriant et serviable. La chambre était agréable et joliment meublée. Le petit déjeuner excellent.

The staff were very warm, friendly and attentive. The morning breakfast was delicious and healthy. The cafe setting very comfortable and relaxing. I appreciate their focus on sustainability.

The studio room was big and felt homely. On site cafe was great, we especially loved getting a brew ☕️. We spoke to the owner who was helpful with answering our questions about a route.

Very cosy place, comfortable room (studio with a kitchen), delicious breakfast (for an extra fee, very reasonably priced) and very friendly helpful staff. Nice views over the white city. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. While it is not in the center of the Popayan, the heritage part of the town starts just in a couple of hundreds meters from the hotel and it takes 10 min on foot to Parque caldas (the central square of Popayan). Will chose this place again, especially if I am to stay in Popayan for more than 1 day.

I loved the whole vibe here. Lovely garden room, in-house cafe. Tea. Cake. Wonderful staff.

very nice place I totally recommend it, clean, well located ans safe.

Nice spacious apartment with kitchenette and huuuge window. Was perfect for what we needed. The breakfasts there were tasty too (not included in price, but reasonable). The fittings were trendy, nice lights and retro wooden floorboards

The internet didn't work for a few hours but I don't think it was normal/there fault
