Greenhead Hostel

It was a good location. The staff at the restaurant were friendly.

I did not like sharing the bathroom. The room was very small.

Hostel was niet proper, veel lawaai s’nachts van sanitair en enorm warme kamer . Is wel geen hotel maar er zijn propere hostels

Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en fijn dat je kunt eten in het hotel want er is geen supermarkt in de buurt

De douchekop bij kamer 7-8-9 is duidelijk aan vervanging toe, het water spuit alle kanten uit. Wel wat gehorig maar alles is schoon dus prima

Peaceful location. Food at the hotel is top notch if you choose to splash out. This was my second visit and chose to cook in the hostel. Kitchen is well kitted out. Excellent facilities all round.

Great location when walking the Hadrians Wall walk. Budget friendly and lots of common area space. Large kitchen and games room / sitting area. I stayed here due to unable to find other places to stay on my wall walk. I was more than happy to have chosen this place. Great access to bus AD 122 which I was using at times. Nice cafe nearby as well. The Greenhead Hotel is right across the street, and had a nice pub / restaurant.

I stayed in a dorm of 8 beds. Thankfully i had only 2 roommates. So that was great. But if that room was full it would have been way too many bodies in one room. We ended up using the empty beds for our luggage etc.

good choices

Great location on the Hadrian's Wall path, and the hotel side does exceptional food. Beds were comfy in the private room I had, light and airy. Full kitchen facilities with everything you would need if you bought own food for your stay.

Shared bathroom facilities are old and need some attention - the shower head wouldn't stay in place and kept falling off. Interior a bit run down also. For the price would expect slightly more.
