Hostel Home

This is a true hostel with 3 large dorm rooms, a kitchen with washer/dryer, dining & living rooms & one private room (where we stayed). It's in an excellent location on the edge of Roma Norte/Roma South & Condesa, close to the Alvaro Obregon metro bus station and a little further walk to the Sevilla metro station.

Unfortunately, the beds in the private room were the absolute worst! Very, very uncomfortable!

location is great and staff were friendly and helpful

gas leaking from boiler (known issue) made me very ill (headache, nausea & dizziness) as my bed was by the window where the boiler was. if you still want to stay here please avoid the female dorm or the double private room as their windows open out to where the boiler is. This is so dangerous and needs to be fixed/boiler replaced. I would check before booking or just stay somewhere else as there are other hostels in the area with better standard of facilities. the owners need to do some serious updating and maintenance as there is lots of damp, water temperature in shower hard to control, dorm beds are very wobbly and shake when someone walks in the room or even in the hallway. I was in lower bunk and the person above me moved a lot and the whole bed shook so I didn’t sleep well, the boiler again is very noisy so whenever someone uses hot water it fires up and makes a loud noise, I was woken up at 5.30am by someone having a shower.

The staff at the front desk are fantastic here! Super helpful.

Loved the staff here, and so many amazing people I met staying here as well. Cannot best the location, it is in the heart of the neighborhood and close to everything. Would definitely recommend to a friend who is comfortable living the hostel life.
