The 1964 Holiday bungalow

Value for money. Views are epic. Some of the best food we have eaten since being in Sri Lanka. Breakfast incredible. I loved having a tea in the evening watching the view.

Would be hard to get here if you didn't have your own transport. I'd be careful about final bill with exchange rates. I was a little overcharged with how he worked out the exchange rate.

Great place, super relaxed vibes, and in the middle of nature with stunning views, it is a 15-minute tuk tuk ride away from ella town and from cafes/restaurants. The owner is super helpful, and he makes mean rice and curry, a must try!! We had great sleep and loved chilling in the patio, absolutely recommended :)

The property is in a quiet and tranquil space outside of Ella town. There is a beautiful chill space with green views and plenty of birdlife; we enjoyed the hammock and the carroms too. Initially we were worried that we were too far from Ella but then we discovered the buses which run every 20 minutes for Rs.60. Overall we would recommend this Accommodation for anyone wanting to have an authentic and comfortable experience in Ella.

Amazing little hideaway in the mountains above Ella, hammocks with a view and an incredibly helpful host. Little bar and restaurant, slow and easy pace. Highly recommend.
