Starfall is a great place to stay, comfortable and clean, great location and nice doonas. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating in every way. I couldn’t be happier with our stay.

The staff are great and super accomodating. The lounge room has more than enough space for everyone, it’s comfy and has a few board games. Everything was always clean, and the beds are good too. It’s a very short walk to town/bus station, I did it a few times in ski boots so it’s no drama.

Staff were extremely helpful at all times. Felt very well looked after and cared for. Will definitely come back next time we are in Hakuba

The trip was so memorable and the team at starfall are exceptionally friendly and helpful. It has a great vibe but isn't a party place however is set up for socialising. The free shuttles to mountains were very helpful in the morning. The beds are super comfy too if you're used to australian beds.
