Staff very friendly

Staff tried their best but seemed unsure, untrained, amateurs at best Room freezing cold, heating didn't work, uncomfortable and shabby bar and bistro, no lounge, no comfy chairs Really quite pathetic - how on earth did they claim 4 stars , a complete mystery

"A nice place to visit but beginning to show it’s age."

Very friendly staff with an excellent restaurant.

People on spa breaks using the restaurant and bar while still wearing robes from the spa. Our bedroom / bathroom was tired and in need of a refresh (ie big crack in bathroom sink, poor decoration etc).
