Nice and clean hotel. Located closely to Warwick castle. Food was tasty.

I made booking with this specific hotel, to use their swimming pool with my son. Unfortunately for us kids can only use swimming pool 3-5, this information wasn’t available on the website. Therefore we were disappointed.

Nice buffet breakfast available. Did not have any other meals. other facillities seemed ok but not used.

breakfast room, strange layout, using bar for cereals and toast machine, other food was round a corner in seperate area. During stay had to move rooms 3 times. first room had wet room when asked for walk in shower, not disabled. moved rooms due to fly infestation and later told new room was clear. It was not so moved again to another room with low bath and shower again not what was requested. Atmosphere in restaurant at breakfast was non-existent, no music on first day and staff not attentive and did not approach table for tea or coffee or explain where things were, we had to keep asking at breakfast for tea and refills. We attended for special occasion which hotel advised of and when all this happened, no real apology, no managers around to give direction and deal with the matter approriately to make our stay more enjoyable and make matters right. Poor service and lacking in management direction.

Clean & comfortable, staff were pleasant. Great buffet style breakfast. Spa was small but very relaxing, we purchased a Twilight Spa evening just after we checked in.

Wifi was an issue, we couldn’t get it at all when we were in our room (courtyard) I enquired about the spa before we stayed, only to be told they didn’t know & just gave me the telephone ext number. It would be more helpful if staff were aware of spa offers for hotel guests as basically it was £35 for a morning/afternoon/evening.
