Food OK.

Room - Single bed duvet a "pocket handkerchief"; far too small for the bed size! Very loud noise when upstairs toilet flushed during the night! Evening meal - food OK but Brasserie manager behaved like a Sergeant Major when taking my order; very poor interpersonal skills!

Beautiful grounds and buildings. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice indoor swimming pool and use of tennis court

Food wasn’t great. My burger had been sat under a hot plate so was tough and dry. Shame you can’t access the outdoor pool unless you’re a member.

The library for some peaceful reading, the tranquil lake area and ease of parking.

Would not recommend staying in room 223. Angled ceiling caused me to hit my head on two occasions. Sarah and Stance's wedding in the Arden room on our last night woke us at 1.15.am with voices beneath our window at the entrance, followed around 1.50.am the sound of trolleys carrying crockery etc as they rattled along. Credit/debit card service only.

Facilities looked nice but no time to use these. More of a golf retreat than a stop over hotel. Shower wasn't the best and room facilities could have been better - small touches like a bottle of water would have been nice.

It was all fine but nothing amazing and was a little pricey.

Breakfast was ok, could tell some items had been left for a long time as they were hard

Loved it from start to finish, grounds, Facilities, staff at dinner were great and the bar staff. Lovely time away

Beautiful setting, big rooms for the price, friendly staff.

Decor is a little tired, the pool area was often busy.

Breakfast was very disappointing. A very 'lazy' way of serving tea and coffee to the table - stewed tea in a flask was not good. The choices of food were lacking in much that was healthy and the toast arrangements were not satisfactory. No biscuits or water with the tea tray in the room either.
