Breakfast selection poor, food Luke warm and long long wait for poached eggs. Had to remind staff. Evening meal in Brassiere very poor, food overcooked, very small portions and three mains came out and were finished before other two arrived. Given an accessible room, being over 6ft tall not very practical with all bathroom amenities being low level.

Close to main areas of interest

Sauna was at 60°c, not 90.

Nice staff good food beds very comfortable, very quiet

The only thing was the bathroom could do with a little attention around the plug on the bath a bit of mould just need a toothbrush and bleach.

Well presented and polite staff

Spa treatments were fully booked ( only reason for stay) so that felt like it was a bit of a waste of money . We could of gone to a local gym for a sauna and swim at a tenth of the cost

Very comfortable

A few minor things, like no water bottles in the room.
