Location excellent, room clean and tidy.

Main building is old and in need of some serious TLC

Wasn’t as nice as expected. The pool are dirty, plant room door open show mess and dirty. Shower soap/conditioner/ wet bags empty. We were put in a disabled room for some reason. Food menu looked naff though wasn’t too bad if you only ordered starter pud, nicely presented, good wine selection. More like a bar menu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Other part of our party in another room had a dirty bathroom.

Everything felt tired, needs a refurbishment.

I liked the location and the outdoor pool.

The pool is very small and can get very crowded. Also the whole area needs a re-furb, most of the tiles are missing around the pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are clean and spacious but the bathrooms need updating. They are too skanky to be in a '4 star' hotel. And breakfast was very basic. Yes, you get a full english breakfast buffet but its not amazing, just ok. And the coffee was cheap and nasty! I would not stay here again.

Everything. A four star property that actually feels like four stars, a rarity in England. Exceptionally clean, quiet, food was great and engaging staff. What’s not to like. If I’m ever in the area again will definitely stay again. Recommended to friends.

Too far away to visit regularly. Other than That nothing to dislike.
