Staff were young and provided a very poor service. Rooms were dirty. Taps in bathroom difficult to use and not marked hot and cold. Had one evening meal at the hotel which was very poor, are elsewhere the rest of the time.

Overall very good. Minor point is the confusing arrival. After locating reception and being directed to the room, it’s not easy to find. There should be clear signs as to where the rooms are. When you enter the building with the rooms there is no signage. The ground floor should have a map or signs saying where the rooms are.

The room was clean the beds were comfortable. The amenities were great.

The food was presented well ,but we felt it was poor quality.

Great atmosphere with lots going on.

Beautiful location, nice modern rooms, good spa, very helpful staff

Buffet Breakfast was very average, cold indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi out of action
