"Great value and beautiful resort"

It is a very beautiful , serene , chill resort. With attentive and friendly staffs serving us when we are outside walking or chilling around the resort. Was upgraded to a room overlooking sea and pool view. It is amazing, I can lay down on the sofa bed in the balcony for whole day. Room is clean and the size is enough for 2 people comfortably living in. Food is amazing as well, breakfast is buffet Ala carte style, and the quality is really good. However do mind on the on-going beach side construction, it can provide some noise and hopefully in future it will be a good beach side walk way.

"By far the most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered"

I got a bad ear infection, which got worse shortly after arriving in Manggis. Therefore, the ENT didn't allow me to go outside due to the humidity which means that I was stuck in the hotel room alone for 8 days. Every single person from the staff, from the room service to the cleaning personnel, to the general manager Yessy Oktaviana and operation manager Ketut Suseni, went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I was well. Once I was cleared for flying, I had to find a specific model of pressure-relief earplugs overnight, and everyone from the hotel searched for them, as they were very difficult to get. Due to the amazing effort of the staff, I received them the next morning before flying. Thank you all so much again for all your help and incredible efforts throughout my stay!!!

"Absolute Haven"

This is the ideal location and resort to go if you want to quiet your mind. The staff at Alila provided one of the best service and hospitality that I have experienced as a world traveller. The People at Alila Manggis are people who take pride in what they do and give it meaning. I felt welcomed and cared for. They made a nice fuss obver my birthday with a very delicous dessert. Thank you for making it special. And the staff helped me to great extent when I got a bit of sunstroke just before my departure. They ensured I got to the airport safely and comfortably. Loved every moment at the Alila Manggis. I will return one day and I highly reccomend this hidden gem in Bali. Hope to see the smiling faces of the staff one day soon again. Thank you...Terima kasih

Alila Manggis is a charming resort set amongst beautiful gardens. The staff are exceptional and we enjoyed excellent massages. The food is delicious with a different menu each day using fresh local produce. Super relaxing - we’ll be back!
